At the beginning of December 2024, Boston became the global hub of materials science as it hosted the MRS Fall Meeting & Exhibit 2024 at the Hynes Convention Center and Sheraton Boston Hotel.
Among the distinguished participants were Dr. Oleksiy Gogotsi, Director of MRC and Carbon-Ukraine — companies at the forefront of MXene innovation — and Dr. Maksym Pogorielov, who leads the Advanced Biomaterials and Biophysics Laboratory at the University of Latvia.
Running from December 1 to 6, the conference brought together world-leading researchers and professionals to present the latest advances in quantum materials, sustainability, and energy solutions.
Beyond scientific presentations, attendees engaged with cutting-edge interdisciplinary studies, explored breakthrough technologies, and built meaningful international partnerships.
